- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined based on the scope of work, hours needed, and the number of team members required. We offer a special discount for first-time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon acquiring a new client, we will promptly contact them to validate all information and ensure accurate pricing. Upon mutual agreement on the pricing, we will proceed to secure a deposit to confirm the cleaning reservation. Subsequently, we will schedule the cleaning based on the client's preferred date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We conduct weekly training sessions for our team members to proactively prevent any damages for our valued clients. Additionally, we have a meticulous checklist that they diligently follow during each cleaning session.
