Cliff Dynamic Fitness offers a range of training options including private sessions, semi-private small groups, and online coaching. Pricing reflects the customization and personal attention you’ll receive. There are no hidden fees, just clear, upfront rates. I also offer package discounts, referral incentives, and special rates for ongoing coaching commitments. Let’s find the best fit for your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals, schedule, and any past injuries or limitations. Then, we run through a movement assessment to determine your starting point. From there, I create a customized program tailored to your needs, whether it’s strength, fat loss, mobility, or athletic performance. Every session is tracked and adjusted weekly to ensure continuous progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and certifications from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and NCSF (Sports Nutrition Specialist). I’m also certified in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism, with ongoing continuing education in special populations, injury prevention, and fat loss programming. All to ensure you're getting expert-level guidance.
