Your first consultation and your first session (either yoga or traditional training) are always FREE! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have to do continuing education to maintain my certifications. I am certified by the NSCA in Personal Training, and by NETA in Group Fitness. I am also a certified yoga instructor through YogaFit. I hold specialty certifications in TurboKick, NETA Pilates, Kettlebells, and Group Cycle. I am CPR and AED certified. All credentials are maintained and current.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I work mostly with driven, strong women, ages 25-60 who want to lose weight and de-stress. I do this by incorporating yoga into a 3x/week metabolism-boosting fitness program.
