- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menu is priced with the market, the season but also the customer in mind. Our goal is to share the culinary delicatessen of the world. We are flexible with our price structure as well to cater the best menu possible to the client. We have partnered with US Foods to provide the freshest ingredients at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We engage with the customer at a professional level to understand the customer truly needs. Then we design a proposal to the customer to review and approve. Then we go to work to find the best ingredients at the best price and deliver to our clients a delightful menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family business. My sister has more than 20 years cooking internationally from France to Geneva. I have more than 10 years in the hospitality industry, especially catering services with restaurants in Germany, Geneva, Paris, and San Francisco. Then we decided to finally start our family business. So far, it has been an excellent journey.
