I had the opportunity to use this moving company for a very tough move this past weekend from the 3rd floor of my apartment building all the way down to the first floor on the opposite end!!! They came through for me with professionalism, first they gave me a quote and asked me what my budget was and was able to work with my budget! Then the four movers came to home on time in fact a little early even to set up! They worked hard, they did the whole move in 3 hours and I still only had to pay the flat rate we discussed nothing more or less. The movers were very polite and very careful of all of the items moved out of my old apartment into the new one and were very organized and professional! I would definitely not only use this company again but I also recommend it to anyone else whether you are doing a small move within your apartment building or moving across town! My mother was there during my move and will also be using the services and spreading the word! For the price I paid they over exceeded my expectations!

The guys were very punctual, but they had to deal with the inept staff of my building before they could be allowed access to our building. Once they were in, they were moving, and they were doing it fast. They went above and beyond in terms of packing and hauling everything out. It maybe took them about an hour to get everything packed up and moved out. We then met at a storage facility to store everything in the apartment - after a brief delay of waiting on some others who were using the loading dock, we got in, and the had everything unloaded and put into the storage unit in maybe 30-35 minutes. It took no time at all and I would be happy to hire them again for any future moves - Can't recommend enough!

We had to move out on extremely short notice and we were scrambling to find a moving company. Spoke with Gail and she could get a crew to help us the next day! This meant we did not have a lot of time to pack anything so we agreed to a third person to help with the packing and moving. Moving day came and I got a phone call from the crew letting me know roughly when they would be arriving. About an hour before the crew arrived Ron came to see what all needed to be packed and moved. He was very respectful and I appreciated the open communication. When Salvador, David, and Ross arrived they immediately got to work and worked their butts off to pack and move our three bedroom house with lots of very difficult furniture to move. They we very respectful and careful with our items and we actually had some fun while doing all this. They took their break after everything was loaded and met us at the storage unit right on time and unloaded the trailer in record time while managing to pack everything in the unit with awesome tetris skills! There were absolutely no hidden fees and we were charged exactly what we were told we would be for the hourly rate and supplies and everything. Well worth the money we paid and we will definitely be using this company again when it comes time to move out of the storage unit and into our next house! Very very impressed with the work they did and will recommend them to anyone! Great job guys!

Bart did a great job moving a heavy arcade game to my basement. Great communication throughout. I would highly recommend Bart and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

It was a long distance move and Joe did a exceelent job, what we are looking for. Aanplanned, he came day before moving day and loaded our stuff and left the truck at our place. Again on next day he drove the truck to our new home along with us. He and his team did the unloading right then immediately we reached our place. I highly recomend Joe.

I had a great experience with Promoov. They are by far the best value around. Truck and Equipment was top knotch and can handle anything. They made moving a 600 lb cabinet look super easy. They came early. We’re very efficient and met the expectations given. Would definitely use again. Thank you gentlemen.

I hired them to pick up a treadmill at one location and deliver it to my home because there were 4 flights of stairs total to carry it up. The service we received was worth every penny. They provided an accurate estimation of pick up and delivery, and were very professional throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that I could pay with a card. Overall, I would recommend Carlo and his team for delivery, moving, and even junk removal! Yes, they do that too!

Everything went as planned all fragile items were handled with extra care plus the movers even finished the move 30 minutes shorter than the estimated time frame. Will be referring CML to others who are looking for moving help. Thanks!
