I worked for Marty for 12 years. In that time, he helped me develop my skills as a retail store manager, and under his watch I was promoted to a district manager. He was always kind and offered guidance and advice without making me feel like I was a bother. Always approachable, concerned for my well being and my family. To be honest, I don't remember a time when he came to visit that he didn't have a smile on his face. In the retail industry, it was a rare thing to look forward to a corporate visit- but not so with Marty. I appreciate his guidance and his sense of humor to this day. Although I am no longer in retail, I still look to Marty for career advice and he mentors me through my transitions. He willingly, and happily, invests his own time when I need some coaching. I look up to him more than anyone on this planet. His kindness, compassion, and knowledge are a rarity in this day and age. If I had to call it luck that I came to know him in 2001, maybe that would suffice. Honestly, though- I believe that it was something far more powerful than luck. We continue to be good friends and I aspire to be more like him every day. Thank you, Marty, for everything.

Marty has helped me with two different services. Marty has helped me with my professional career through his coaching. He is an excellent listener and can help me process through changes in my career and has positively influenced where I am today. Marty has also assisted me on several occasions with my professional wardrobe. This has included conference wear, travel and general work attire. I continue to maintain a working relationship with Marty as my needs continue to grow and change.

Marty helped us to develop a marketing plan and materials for a relatively young non-profit. He listened to our needs, took direction and produced drafts. Once the drafts were complete, he took feedback and completed the projects. He assisted with web design, social media sites, and a power point template for presentations.

Martin was extremely passionate about our concerns and completed his research with what we wanted to be talked about. We are a blue collar government entity and were seeking some motivation on communication across different departments. Martin spoke for an hour about the subject and was once again, very informative on the subject. The only thing I would say would make this better was to maybe add a bit more humor into the room. There was a slight non engagement to the group. Understandably with a group of 50+ snow plow drivers, there will be some non interest in any subject, but I think there could have been a bit more involvement. Martin is a great speaker for someone or a group that is looking for a "dress for success" type of speech. Martin is also affordable, and extremely professional in his business.

Marty was the perfect choice to help me with my needs. He understood on our first meeting what I was looking for and delivered far beyond my expectations! Marty takes the time to understand your needs and delivers items that really gives you a wide choice. There is no pressure to keep any items, but you will WANT to keep all that he brings because he really has a great sense of style and again delivers to match your individual needs.
