Our foundation was built in New York City kitchens, training and cooking at world-renowned establishments including Jean-Georges, Blue Hill, and the three-Michelin-starred Per Se. From there, we expanded into high-end catering, private cheffing, and large-scale event production across both coasts. Our work has included serving as private chefs to notable clients such as Bruce Willis, Ryan Seacrest, and Billie Eilish, along with professional athletes and countless discerning hosts who value flawless execution and exceptional cuisine.
