I am from out of town and was at the convention center for a trade show when my laptop began to cat up. Tried to get help from HP and after getting very frustrated I called Broken Gizmo. They were awesome! Fast friendly service and my laptop was back up and running in a hurry at a very fair price!! Definitely recommend them!

The light in my laptop screen went black. BG identified the bad part and ordered a replacement within a matter of minutes. Service was efficient and quick. Service will be complete next week, after the part arrives. But I'm loving the service so far.
