Let me tell you how cold my wife is at this planning thing…
I pulled up thinking we were celebrating her mom for recently becoming a U.S. citizen—whichh was already a big deal. I’m dressed, thinking it’s a family gathering for her. But when I walk in? Boom. All my people. My closest family, friends—everyone—standing there yelling “SURPRISE!”
She planned an entire surprise 30th birthday for me without me catching on once. And it wasn’t just thrown together. I’m talking DJ spinning all the right tracks, food on point, vibes right, decor that looked like it came straight out of a magazine, but still felt personal and real. She even included things I love without making it loud or overdone—she just knows how to strike that perfect balance.
It was thoughtful. It was clean. It was me in event form.
If she can do all that under the radar and make it look effortless, I can only imagine what she’s about to do for others now that she’s putting herself out there. She’s got the eye, the heart, and the hustle. Can’t wait to see her take off with this. Y’all are in good hands.
