- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are created using a flat fee per package. This way you know up front how much time and money you'll be investing with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a service with me begins with an initial (free) style consult call where we talk through why you want to work with a style coach and make sure you feel comfortable knowing that my services, style and personality are right for you before we move forward. Then we'll start with a style power words exercise to give you clarity on how you want to show up in the world, followed by a wardrobe edit to release all the old pieces that aren't serving you and create a stress-free environment. Next, we move onto shopping to find new pieces to light you up and bring your style vision to life and finally, we have a style session where we mix and match looks, you learn awesome style hacks and walk away feeling confident in your style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Statement Makers image consultant. I also worked at a Stitch Fix, a national styling service for 6 years, styling thousands of Clients (both men and women) during that time.
