Unfortunately, I don't live in the area that Randy is currently doing personal training in. If I did, I would definitely have him as my trainer. As a former client of Randy's, I know that he always puts his clients first. He will do whatever it takes to have his clients be the best that they can be. The experience of working with him changed my life forever with not only exercise and strength but nutrition as well. When I started with Randy, I had very little confidence of what I felt I could do for myself. Those insecurities quickly changed. He saw things in me that I never knew existed. With Randy's encouragement and a positive attitude, he got me to believe I was able to achieve the goals set for me and much more. He turned a person who thought she couldn't do something and used the words “I can't” frequently to a person who said, “I can do this!” or “Let's try!” Randy doesn't look at a person just as a client but as an individual who wants to better his/her health and will do whatever he needs to do to make that happen. When you work with Randy, he doesn't only focus on the strength component of training, but also the cardiovascular and nutrition components. He feels that you must have all three in order to see great results as an individual. While working with Randy, he helped me strengthen my lower back which had been a problem for a long time. He also got me to do something I never dreamed I would do. I completed a 5K as a runner with many adversities along the way while I was training. When I completed my first race, Randy was just as ecstatic as I was of my accomplishment. Randy taught me so much about me, exercise, and nutrition while I trained with him, that I continue to build on those ideas to surpass goals I continue to set for myself. I feel that I had an exceptional role model to lead me to where I am today as he is a person who practices what he preaches. Randy is a great person inside and out who will go to great lengths to make everyone he comes in contact with be successful.

Prior to meeting and training with Randy Erickson, I considered myself knowledgable about fitness. I understood what a healthy diet and exercise plan consists of. I grew up doing gymnastics, striving to always stay in shape. After just one session, I really only new a small fraction about fitness! I was not overweight, struggling with diet, or looking to make any drastic changes. I just wanted to stay healthy and tone my figure. Randy listened to my wants/desires and put a routine together that not only fits me, but my limited time to be in the gym as well. He understands how to build up the body correctly to conquer unbelievable things. The exercises or weight I am lifting just after 4 meetings is incredible. I have had other personal trainers and no one compares to Randy. He is truly gifted with a passion to help others succeed. If you are looking for someone to help you achieve your fitness/health goals, I highly recommend giving Randy a call, you will NOT be disappointed.

I came to Randy for guidance in achieving my goals of improved overall muscle tone and strength and improvement in my bone density readings. Using circuit machines, free weights and resistance yoga postures he developed a work-out customized to fit my age, ability and needs. During our training sessions, he demonstrated each exercise giving useful information and then watched me and gave corrections as needed. As I have made progress, he has updated my work-out to fit my current needs and capabilities. Randy has a real passion for his work in fitness, nutrition and general wellness. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to make real changes in their overall health.

Randy is a very encouraging and positive trainer. He's made workouts a lot more enjoyable for me. He also has an abundant amount of helpful knowledge around personal health and training.
