Amazing. Put in a request for service around 6am and received a response almost instantaneously. James came out at 930am same day for a horrible smelling bathroom concern. He figured out it was the toilet seal must be bad and causing co2 to leak in. He took the toilet off and found that the original installer just used wax with no ring. He ran and got the part and came back to fix. He was done in less than 1.5 hours including a 25 minute commute to Menards and back. The bathroom already smells normal and we are very pleased with James and his service. He has a crew of guys that do other projects so we will definitely reach back out when we go to tile our bathrooms. 5 stars!
