- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What are your rates and how do I pay? Payment is due in full before the service unless otherwise arranged prior to the appointment. Payment is accepted by credit card, Venmo, Paypal, or cash/check (if arranged prior to appointment). I do not contract with health maintenance organizations or bill insurance claims. However, I can supply a receipt at the time of payment if you wish to submit it for reimbursement. Cost per session: Energy healing: a 90-minute session for $111. 3–90-minute sessions for $311 and 6–90-minute sessions for $600 (sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase). Somatic healing and communication coaching package prices vary, please reach out to me to learn more about these offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to expect during a healing session with me? In-person Each energy healing session is 90 minutes. Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive detailed information on how to proceed via email. Before the meeting, I send you an intake form to fill out which asks questions about your health history, lifestyle, stressors, goals, and intentions. This helps guide me on where to focus my healing work during the session. When you arrive for your session, we may chat and do some grounding before the healing treatment for about 5-15 minutes. When you are ready, you will lie on the table, fully clothed and face up, and the hands-on healing session will last about 60 minutes. I conduct an energetic assessment which also guides me on where to focus my healing during the session. I will proceed to place my hands in varying positions on or near your body and use specific healing techniques depending on which modality you choose. Every session is different as I use a unique blend of tools to cater the session to exactly what you need on that day. During the session, you will become deeply relaxed and may even fall asleep. Remember that all experiences are perfectly valid and okay. In the end, I will hold your feet to ground you and spend about 5-15 minutes debriefing and integrating. I will follow up with you three days after the appointment to check in and see how you are feeling. Distance The beauty of my work is I can work in person, but I also offer remote or distant healing sessions, as energy healing is not limited by time, space, or distance. The main difference between a distance and an in-person session is I am not physically present. I schedule the same amount of time, and we connect over the phone or Zoom. I can send healing at any time, but it is preferred that you are able to lie down and relax so you can fully receive while I send the healing. After the session, I will call you to connect and debrief as desired. How can I prepare for a session? Take some time to reflect on your goals and intentions for seeking energy healing. Be prepared to discuss your goals. To best support the healing, make sure you are well-hydrated before and after your session. Come fully clothed in loose but comfortable clothing. Keep an open mind and open heart. Trust the process. A great intention to set for yourself is to be open to receiving. People might block themselves from receiving healing energy because they don’t believe they are worthy of being healed. I invite you to reflect on this and create a positive affirmation around this. To let the work integrate gently, it would be wise not to schedule anything too demanding after your appointment and ideally take the day off to rest and reflect. I also suggest refraining from alcohol or recreational drugs a few days after the sessions to receive the most benefit from the healing session.
