- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have fees. We got you covered on all types of fees to make your payment process really simple and straightforward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start communication with an assessment of the size, the client's wishes and the time that will be spent on the project. The client receives a detailed estimate, which describes all the services we will perform on the project and their cost. We determine the dates of work that are most suitable for both parties and begin to perform our work. After the work is completed, the client evaluates the quality of the services provided and pays for them according to the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We put the quality of the work in the first place, so we are always improving our knowledge and techniques, looking for the best and most convenient tools. The best learning is live experience, which we have more than enough of. We have worked on projects of various scales, from painting a single wall, to painting entire homes and commercial buildings.
