Introduction: I am a Certified Massage Therapist and yoga teacher. I offer a professional service and can travel to you. I have studied yoga in India, traveled with a Hindu monk for two months, and have spent time in deep reflection at a Buddhist Monastery in the USA. I can also offer consultation on health, nutrition through Ayurveda, and conversation on your individual spiritual path, though i do not teach yoga poses.
Whether you need deep tissue work done to get those knots out in your shoulders, to simply relax and unwind with a caring and presence, or to have someone lightly rub your back and talk about various spiritual topics..then I am your guy! :D
