- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients apply through **********, we confirm fit, and the season begins. Every new client starts with a two-week trial — if it’s not the right match, there’s no obligation to continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at the Vail Academy of Culinary Arts and spent years cooking in five-star hotels in Colorado before returning to Minnesota. I’ve cooked for families, individuals, and professional athletes. Dinner is Served grew out of a simple belief — that a well-made meal changes the tone of an entire evening.
