I've been working with Andrea for several months and have a plan in place for the entire year. I expect to continue working with her indefinitely.She is phenomenal in three distinct ways: 1. she is an expert in what she does. Andrea draws on years of experience with athletes as well as her own creatiivty to make workouts that are varied, challenging, fun and explicitly tailored to skill level. 2. her approach is holistic: nutrition and diet play an instrumental role in fitness and Andrea helped me set up goals on My Fitness Pal and gives me feedback once a week on how I am doing. I have workouts for the entire week not just for our sessions together. She understands that mental stress also impacts physical fitness and encouraged me to incorporate yoga or meditation into my routine. Key to Andrea is to help you stretch but also listen to your body. 3. is attitude: Andrea is incredibly down to earth and invested in her clients' success. I haven't worked with other trainers but I was formerly a competitive runner and team captain, and I also interviewed many other trainers, so I have seen first hand that someone can have the intellectual knowledge but lack the coaching ability or holistic view of what it takes to meet your goals. I have been working out with Andrea for 8 months. It has been phenomenal and life changing. I now view exercise and nutrition in a whole different way. Andrea has been my trainer since May. She has been the best investment I have made for myself for a long time. She really customizes your workouts to meet your own, personal fitness goals. Not only has she helped me to get in better shape, she has taught me how to correctly do each workout and find where I need more work. She does assessments with you every couple of months to show how your progress is coming. I only do the 30 minutes sessions with Andrea and she has really taught me that it's not about the amount of time you work out, its the type and quality of workout that you do. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have 3 different package offerings. All of my sessions are 30 minutes in length with 45 minuter available upon request. Every client gets their very own google drive folder that has your personalized monthly workout calendar, monthly workouts, assessment, and other resources you will need. I offer 4, 6, or 8 sessions a month ranging in price from $250-450 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a fitness consult via Zoom (an online platform similar to Skype). I have an intake form we go over to further get to know you and your goals. During this call we start to outline your fitness roadmap. We set up our first session in which I do a basic assessment and an initial introduction workout to gather more information about what your body needs. I then create a plan for you based on the information gathered from the introduction phase.
