Working with Dylan has been a game changer. He brings great energy to every session and knows exactly how to challenge me while keeping workouts engaging. Every session is purposeful, well-planned, and tailored to what I’m working toward. He explains the ‘why’ behind each movement, adjusts for my goals, and makes sure my form is dialed in. When I started going to the gym in Dec 2024 I felt intimidated and unsure of myself. I didn't how to use any of the machines so I avoided them altogether.
After meeting with Dylan and being honest about that, he came up with a plan that not only helped me reach my body goals, but he also taught me a lot about the importance of using correct form, nutrition, and gave me ideas for adapting exercises in a way that worked for my body. He helped me realize that lifting light weights actually isn't embarrassing, and that I'm stronger than I realized!
Overall, my biggest takeaway from working with Dylan is my boost in confidence about being in the gym. I now feel strong and confident in what I'm doing and look forward to working out. The gym is now a routine I can't go without.
