- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customizing each workout for each individual. Sitting down each week and talking about how things are going, how can we get better, and if there is anything holding you back what are some things we can do to get over them. Communication outside of the facility because that is where the battle will be won or lost. Being available for any questions or concerns you may have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you ask plenty of questions. No question is unacceptable. Never feel pressured to sign anything or make your decision right then and there. Make sure you are 100% comfortable with the decision you are going to make. Also make sure you try some sessions out with your personal trainer to make sure you are a good match for each other. You are trying to form a relationship with each other. Doesn't matter about his or her qualifications if you do not form trusting relationship your progress will be limited.
