- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pricing structure depending on frequency of training and length. I try to accommodate everyone the best that I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers get a free consultation to find out your goals, nutrition, health history, what have you done in the past, how soon you want to get there and it starts to lay the ground work of reaching your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My trainers all have degrees in regards to body function and certifications with accredited personal training establishments.
