- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Frequently clients feel overwhelmed and feel like they have nowhere to turn. Oftentimes they have been trying to conduct an investigation on their own and have called us as a last resort. The private investigators at InfoPro Investigations have thousands of hours of investigative experience. We will be able to advise you during your free consultation on the next steps to take with your case to assist you in making the personal decisions necessary to move on with your life.

InfoPro Investigations is a licensed Minnesota Private Detective Agency. We have over 25 years of investigative experience.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most private investigators provide a free consultation. As a client, you should take advantage of this opportunity and use it as a "job interview." If you are not comfortable with the investigator and confident in their abilities you should "interview" another investigator. We dedicate an entire page on our website to client reviews. Client reviews or references are a great way to insure you are hiring a qualified investigator.
