Arabesq Dance

Introduction: I teach Latin and ballroom dance for couples and groups. I teach all popular styles such as salsa, cha cha, rumba, swing, merengue, samba, waltz, foxtrot, tango, and more. I teach a private lesson for couples and singles, and group classes in couple format as well as a no partner needed group style. No experience is necessary for any class format. Casual clothes and comfortable shoes are perfect - no ballgowns needed to start! Dance is wonderful for an invigorating and fun physical activity that promotes energy and focus. I can customize classes for content and duration. I am nationally certified in dance instruction, and I have created dance programs for the Guthrie Theater and other venues in the Minneapolis-St. Paul. I have taught many groups and couples, especially those couples interested in learning to dance for their wedding event. Carpeted rooms are fine. I provide all music and the music system. Off-site locations are fine and I have local dance studios that can be scheduled for private lessons or groups. I also provide complimentary consultations so we can explore your dance goals if desired.
