I made the mistake of getting a light fixture that was not designed for the set up at my house. Eric had to improvise a safe solution, which took way more time than was anticipated to work a bespoke installation. I appreciate the integrity of Plugz by sticking to their quotes, even when jobs end up being more challenging and requiring more work than anticipated. My air conditioner went out on July 4th, and while they werent able to come out on the holiday, he told me he could be there first thing the next morning if I wasnt able to find anyone else. I called around to several other companies, and everyone else was booked out later into the next day, so I was really thankful he made time for me.One thing I really appreciated was how fair he was right from the start. The service call was $100, but if it turned out no repairs were needed, he wouldnt charge me anything. That gave me a lot of confidence because it showed he wasnt just looking to make a quick buck.He showed up right on time (actually a little early!), went straight to my AC unit, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. After replacing the part, he came inside to make sure everything was cooling properly and confirmed the system was working perfectly.We also talked about eventually replacing my older unit, and I really appreciated his honesty.
