- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That if your a first time customer you will receive a discount. Also if you are willing to leave a positive review on my profile based upon a job I did for you; you will also received a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to reach out if I wasn’t requested first and take the time to read over/listen to the customer’s situation. I may ask for some photos or to view the job onsite for a quote but just over the course a well detailed conversation, I may be able to give a estimate yet when I truely see the job I can offer a solid quote with an available discount if it is the customer’s first time working with Eureka Cleaning Pros. If we’re able to move forward; unless there is a specified date the work needs to be done; I can work the same day. Also if you believe the job was done to your standards or beyond additional an additional discount can be given if a positive review is placed on my profile by the customer. As a Minnesotian I realize we are all in a bit of a financial crisis but we must continue to grow in this thing called life. I support those who are willing to support me and a discount for your cooperation is the least I can do not just as businessman but as a neighbor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands on experience in every category we offer. All of my employees have lawn care backgrounds as well so we literally breathe, eat and sweat Lawn care here at Eureka.
