FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific scope, size, materials, and complexity of each project. We provide detailed estimates so customers understand what is included before work begins. We do not use a one-size-fits-all pricing model, as every home and remodeling project is different. We are happy to discuss options that fit your budget and can provide alternate materials or scope options when appropriate. There are no hidden fees. Any additional work or unforeseen conditions outside the original scope will be discussed with the customer and approved before proceeding. We focus on providing quality workmanship, clear communication, and fair, competitive pricing from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, project needs, budget, and timeline. When appropriate, we schedule an in-person consultation to evaluate the space and discuss options. From there, we develop a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing. We take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is clearly understood before moving forward. Once the proposal is approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and project preparation. Throughout the remodel, our team maintains clear communication and keeps you informed of progress. Our goal is to make the remodeling process as organized, transparent, and stress-free as possible, from the initial consultation through final completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, with over 30 years of combined exterior and interior construction experience. Our experience includes roofing, siding, windows, gutters, exterior repairs, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, and other residential remodeling projects. We stay current with building practices, installation requirements, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements to ensure our work is completed properly and professionally. We also work with industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers to stay informed on current products, installation methods, and best practices. Our approach combines practical field experience with ongoing education and attention to the latest construction standards, materials, and techniques.
