Introduction: 2020 has provided me the opportunity to follow my TRUE passion! I lost my job in the hospitality industry after 30 years, but what I’ve gained is my own small business and the chance to continue to leave a lasting impression with my clients, right in their very own homes! I’ve been told I have the ‘knack’ and I’m going to run with it! From floorings & carpet, to personal shopping & design, I’m looking forward to helping you make beautiful new floors easy, and bring your next project to life! Tracy is great! She really tries to understand how you are using your space to come up with the right design solution to fit your needs before jumping in. She brings a welcomed fresh perspective and a lot of creative energy to the table! Tracy is extremely personable and doesn’t make you feel like “just another client”. I tend to get really overwhelmed with making design decisions and she has helped guide me through the process and I couldn’t be happier with what we’ve accomplished together! I look forward to working with Tracy on future home design projects!

Great to work with! Was able to get me exactly what I wanted for an incredible price and fast!! When there was a glitch with the instal she was right on top of the issue and resolved it within hours and even followed up to ensure everything went smoothly - which it did.
