Another carpet cleaning company, AAA Chem-Dry, promised to get my carpets cleaned on Saturday. I called Saturday when the rooms where prepped and the owner, Tom, failed to return my calls. I was desperate. I needed someone to come and clean my rugs on short notice. Who would save me? Well, it was National Dusters. I called them around 8 am on Monday morning, and Jason Nolen said he would try to have someone come over by 11 am. Gumaro, the cleaner, showed up an hour early at 10 am. I showed him the stained areas and he got right to work. He had the two rooms, 11 steps and one landing cleaned in less than one hour! And the really bad stains were gone! It all cost $108 plus tax. I was very, very happy. My wife, too, saw the finished work and counted the cleaning a special anniversary gift from me... She loves it whenever I clean up ( or have someone else clean up) messes, clutter or dirt. So now I have a very happy wife, too! You guys rock! And Gumaro should get a pay raise!
Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute due to a work conflict. Melanie was great about it and very understanding. I really wish I was able to use her services based on her flexibility but the schedules didn't work out. Next time for sure!!

We hired Laura to sell several items, including cars, on eBay and Craigs list with great results. When we needed someone for our parents estate sale we thought of Laura. Within a short period of time Laura and her sister researched items, priced, photographed, ran ads and displayed all our items beautifully for sale. They knew how to market the items that we needed to sell. Their excellent presentation and smoothly run sale was amazing and netted us way more than expected. Some of the items that were not sold at the estate sale, that Laura felt should have sold, she retained and sold on eBay for us. The quality of service was excellent throughout the whole process of our parents estate sale. It has been a pleasure to work with Laura and Lisa and we will continue to do so as needs arise. Joni worked hard; there was much lifting and sorting. My office is not perfectly organized; however, Joni taught me to be more realistic about storage. It's a relief to know my meaningful memorabilia is now labeled and stored in an accessible, and logical space. It is good to know that the unimportant clutter is now in recycling instead of blocing valuable space. Joni is punctual, professional, responsible, and innovative. She listens. Her solutions were often meshed with my input.
Here’s the thing – I’m a super organized person. I just happened to be a super organized OVERWHELMED person! I work too many hours, I have accumulated too many things, and I just want to be able to scale back, simplify, and clean up. I’ve attempted a few particular projects SO MANY TIMES on my own, but always got bogged down in the decision-making process and would end up quitting – feeling more defeated than ever. I became determined to FINALLY get some help and make some progress in these areas that were clearly weighing me down and affecting my psyche. Val is thoughtful, conscientious and tireless! She has tips and tricks that even this super-organized girl was able to use. There is something about her. . .you can somehow tell that she is working with a gift for doing what she does because I actually felt energized and empowered while we worked through my “stuff”. In helping me reorganize and de-clutter my bedroom and closet, Melissa helped me redefine my space from a place to sleep and store clothes to place where I can truly relax and feel at peace. I hired Allison to help me clean out a basement closet (also known as "the Abyss"). She was wonderful, and her input helped me get "order" around a space in my home that had long been a catch-all for clutter. If you're they type that needs a "personal trainer" to help you get to long-overlooked projects, hiring Allison you *will* get that long-overlooked project completed (in record time!) and you will want to start tackling clutter everywhere throughout your entire home! It feels great to step back and see what can be done in just a few hours. I highly recommend Allison, she's a delight to work with.

I hired Sandie at Organize It MN to help me unravel the mess that was my master closet. It's a good sized space but in complete shambles. By the time we were done it was absolutely beautiful. In fact, I brought my friends into my closet and we drank a glass of champagne to celebrate the beautiful space. Not only did Sandie help me clear out the clutter and organize, but she worked with me on practical solutions that I knew I would be able to maintain and use. She talked me through how I like to use the space, what works for me, what doesn't and how I would maintain it going forward. I'm happy to report that 5 months later it is still clean, organized and beautiful. And it still makes me happy every time I walk in. Sandie also inspired me to clean out and organize some of my kitchen cupboards as well. The best part is not doing this stuff alone. Sandie is not afraid to get in there, get her hands dirty and make it happen.
I had Dani help me clean out my 12x4 "coat" closet. It did indeed have coats in it, a few dozen of those and a ton of other stuff! Random items had been collecting in this closet for about 6 or 7 years and was literally stuffed in there. It was a project I needed to get to but was just too overwhelming. Dani helped me take everything out and organize the mass of clutter and then helped install some shelving. I would normally be uncomfortable having anyone see my horrible hord in the closet but I felt comfortable with Dani. She really is a wonderful person and professional. Highly recommend her service.
