- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain every step in the computer repair process and why. I also enjoy helping a person understand their computer so any issues they have in the future can be avoided due to proper care. Payment is preferred upfront. Also once service is complete I continue to follow up with a person to make sure their PC is working fine long after I've gone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for computer science. worked in the IT Department in Saint Paul College. I became a Service advisor or a Technical Advisor at Microsoft. Due to my passion of computers in my free time it became apparent that I should work in an area I already love.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a person who loves computer games. I've always loved to keep my personal computer in the best shape. I then found myself in a workstudy job doing IT work for Saint Paul College. Even though I lacked professional IT experience I was asked to join the team because of my personality.
