Hi there, my name is Nina and I am a Day of Coordinator from St. Paul, MN! I have been coordinating weddings since 2022, and continue to find tremendous joy in getting to know and serve a wide variety of couples and their friends/families on the best days of their lives. My background in events has uniquely equipped me to efficiently and gracefully facilitate a busy schedule amongst vendors and wedding parties. Having completed three busy wedding seasons, I am able to be proactive in the planning stage by anticipating areas of concern and serving as a resource when any questions arise. Nina was our wedding day coordinator for our wedding in February and we could not have asked for a better day of coordinator. She was so professional, kind, and easy to work with. She went above and beyond making sure we didn’t miss any of the smaller details and making sure that we weren’t stressed on the day of the wedding. She helped us create a schedule and was super easy to communicate with when we had questions. We loved working with Nina and would recommend her work to everyone!

I don’t know what I did to deserve the stars aligning for us to meet Nina, but I am so incredibly grateful they did. She is, without question, the best in the business.
Our wedding day was 100% flawless - and if anything went wrong, I truly have no idea, because Nina took care of it before it ever reached us. Her calm, capable presence allowed us to fully enjoy our day without an ounce of stress.
We had a somewhat untraditional wedding, with a small morning ceremony at one venue and a large evening reception at another. Nina handled all the logistics seamlessly, coordinating with multiple vendors and making everything feel effortless.
“Spectacular” doesn’t even begin to cover it. Hiring Nina was one of the best decisions we made. If you're lucky enough to work with her, you're in the very best hands.

Nina was a critical part in our day and planning leading up to the day. No one tells you how to plan a wedding, talking with Nina before I jumped into the whole planning process was so helpful. She gave me some ideas and then kept us on track throughout the planning months. Nina was great at communicating with us throughout the planning process, the week of the wedding, and the wedding day. Our wedding week/day went almost suspiciously smooth! I truly think that was due to Nina’s planning and behind the scenes work.

Nina is amazing!! I cannot recommend her enough and I wish I could pick more than just three things that I liked about working with her. We connected about two months before my wedding and I walked her through my plans and she got on board immediately, but also made some really helpful suggestions. She checked in over the next few weeks and was quick to get back to me when I reached out to her. The day before the wedding she reassured me about all the things she'd be taking care of and day of she showed up and was AMAZING!!
She was responsible for setting up our decorations and random signage and did a better job than I would have. She connected right away with the various venue staff and photographer and made sure everyone had whatever they needed. She ran our ceremony and reception music for us too and it was flawless. She immediately brought me a drink from the bar after the ceremony and all night checked in about anything else I might need. My drink glass and food plate were never empty. :) At the end of the night she helped pack up cars and made sure the venue staff had any help they needed too.
Nina kept her eye on so many small things and moving parts and it was reflected in how smooth and perfect the night was. I didn't worry about a single thing all night. If you're debating a Day of Coordinator, I can't recommend using Nina enough. She's personable, fun to work with, and so on top of things!!
