Introduction: Hi there, my name is Nina and I am a Day of Coordinator from St. Paul, MN! It all started when a friend asked me to help coordinate her wedding, knowing my aptitude for all things logistical, and it quickly became a passion of mine! Since then, it has been my joy to know and serve couples on the best day of their lives by using my own unique skills and experiences. With a background in event planning, an optimistic and upbeat attitude, a knack for organization, and attention to detail it is my goal to help prepare for the wedding day, help it to run smoothly, and take burdens off the minds of brides, grooms, wedding parties, and families so that they can be fully present. I make it a priority to truly understand what is important to each couple so that their vision for the day can be realized. As an up-and-coming Day of Coordinator, I hope to be able to fit all budgets while still bringing a level of professionalism and fun to wedding day coordination!

Nina was such a great day of coordinator. I wanted someone the day of to help with setting up and taking down decor, helping with small details, etc and Nina did that! She was organized and helped my day be stress free! Couldn’t recommend her more!!

Nina was absolutely incredible! I’ve had a son get married but this was my first daughter getting married. I had way more responsibilities than before and was feeling very overwhelmed. I was exhausted coming into the weekend of the wedding from getting details and everything done, Nina just takes over and washes all your worries away! She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and you feel confident that things are going to get done the way you want them.
Nina continues to check in with you throughout the day and evening. She asks if you need anything, if everything is going well, and what else she can do for you. Nina tells you what’s going on, creates an agenda for the day while coordinating with all the vendors. She makes everything seem so simple. The other venders only had awesome compliments about working with her as well.
Nina was professional, confident, organized, knowledgeable, and very caring. Nina has the ability to calm you and the gift to make you trust her! She is a hard worker - constantly on the go every minute. She was absolutely amazing for the whole day and evening!
I was hesitant whether or not we needed a day coordinator for my daughters wedding. I can’t tell you how happy I am that we did hire Nina LeBron to be that person!! She made the day a total different experience than if I would’ve had to worry about all the little tiny details, I was able to enjoy my daughter’s special day and visit with family and friends instead of worrying about the details of making the night go smoothly. Nina did that!!

Nina was amazing during our special day! She was on top of everything and helped with every small detail to make sure we didn’t have to worry about it. Was incredibly communicative to not only us but everyone involved in our wedding and we truly couldn’t have done this day without her. Would recommend her to anyone for their wedding day!!
