We absolutely loved working with Pastor David Parker! We got married in Illinois and he lives in Minnesota. We scheduled regular marriage counseling sessions via FaceTime. He was so easy to work with and accommodating with our busy schedules. The marriage counseling was so important to my husband and I since this was the second marriage for both of us. I was really impresssed with our sessions and the way that David helped us tackle those unpleasant, but necessary topics (like finances and dealing with ex-spouses). He is trained to work with the Prepare-Enrich marriage assessment tools which gave us a great starting point for our counseling sessions. David was patient and easy to talk to which really helped us open up. We also discussed the Five Love Languages book and I still find myself reflecting on the topics discussed to help grow in my relationship with my husband. When it came to the planning of the actual ceremony, Pastor David was an expert. He knew how to tackle all of my concerns and had so many wonderful suggestions to make our ceremony personal and special. On the day of the ceremony, he handled every situation perfectly. We really had a wonderful ceremony, but my 6 year old daughter decided she didn't want to walk down the aisle on the day of the ceremony as she had rehearsed. As the bride, I couldn't do much mothering during the ceremony but I did know that we were nearing the time that my daughter needed to come down for the sand ceremony. This was an important piece for us since it symbolizes the uniting of our families and another way to include our children on our special day (We have 5 kiddos and certainly wanted them all up there with us!) David was able to get my daughter forward without disrupting the ceremony or causing me any additional stress! I had so many comments about how beautiful our ceremony was and how everyone loved our special personal touches. While I had ideas of things I wanted to do or include, it was David who put it all together! I feel so fortunate to have had him a part of our special day. He was wonderful to work with and I absolutely would recommend him for your wedding ceremony!!! He is the best!!!
My husband and I have been to counseling a couple different times throughout our 7 year marriage, each with multiple sessions. We find John very helpful and we are very comfortable talking with him. We feel he really listens so he can understand us before just throwing out advice. He has always been a positive mentor and we will continue to go back even if our marriage has improved.

Solo practice of Dr. Jill Zimmerman, LPC, LMFT, specializing in PTSD, phobias, marriage and family, domestic and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, and life coaching. Powerful new therapy techniques recently discovered and used at Integra Counseling Services dramatically reduce the time needed to accomplish a meaningful change. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), for example, is a method by which traumatic memories that are causing distress can be reprocessed. Individuals are able to take what is useful, self-enhancing, or instructive from their experiences and discard the rest or self-heal. This self-healing also occurs very rapidly and, therefore, people do not have to spend excessive amounts of time or money to achieve the natural healing process of the mind, body, and spirit.
We show people how to be happy and successful without pain and effort. We offer marriage and family counseling, individual counseling, business and life coaching and three principles programs for health and human services, businesses, and education.
