- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of my love for travel and enjoying what I do I want to share that with you so I won't charge customers or potential customers a service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to my customers not just on a professional level but personal as well, their preferences are important to me. As every situation is different, I want them to know that they are a preferred customer, they will also see that when visiting the site by using the preferred customer 13993, if you are not seeing something or need additional assistance please feel free to contact me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS in Hospitality Management and have been in the travel/airline industry since 1996, I also hold an award in leadership for diversity which lead me to my BA in cultural travel.
