- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Prior to Integrated Compensation Systems, Inc., I worked as accountant and financial controller for various companies. I can relate to what most of our clients are going through and what exposures they may have.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently signed a client who came to us from a different provider. They stated they had not had a lot of contact from their provider and didn't really have a pulse on their payroll and human resources process. At Integrated Compensation Systems, Inc. we make it a point to keep the flow of communication open with our clients, we want to keep up to date on their business so we can be a good partner and provide continuous service review.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open to discussion. We are a service company, not a seller of services. We want to develop the best possible solutions for our clients and that usually requires dialog and an open mind.
