- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, after I receive a pet care request I will schedule a free meet and greet with you and your pet in advance of the service dates. I will get detailed information about your pet's needs and routine and you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning. NAPPS provides educational articles and training classes, and I am always looking for ways to improve my care for my pet clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love animals! My past and current pets have been my inspiration.
