The two gentlemen that cleaned by ductwork arrived on time, even earlier than expected. They explained everything they would be doing and gave an estimate as to how long the job would last.
I received a price estimate before they came and there was no deviation from that.
I would recommend Gray Duct Technologies highly and would hire them again in future.

We charge per square footage of your home for a full cleaning. Not per vent like other companies. This ensures your full system is cleaned. No hidden surprises with pricing. We share pricing before we come out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the customers concerns, needs and any issues in the home prior. Then, we share our process with them and answer any questions they may have. We like to be as informative as possible. =)
