Air Duct cleaning, prices: Starting price: 25$ for 1 vent (supply/return) Free estimate. Free furnace check (Air Duct furnace) Dryer-vent cleaning, prices: Starting price: 199$ (includes checking and cleaning). Repairing and mounting Dryer-vent: (59$ starting price for repairing), (259$ starting price for mounting). Chimney cleaning prices: Warning: I maintenance only wood burn chimneys! Starting price for cleaning: 199$ Starting price for repairing: 59$ Reminder: Prices may change, depends, on what work needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Scheduling: We agree on a date of visit that works for both the customer and me. 2. Assessment: During the visit, the customer explains what they need help with, and I assess the project to provide a free estimate. 3. Proposal: If we agree on the estimated price and the customer is ready to move forward, I provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. 4. Execution: Once the customer approves the proposal, I start working on the project. 5. Progress updates: I regularly update the customer on the project’s progress to ensure they are satisfied with the work being done. 6. Completion: After the project is completed and the customer is happy with the results, the customer pays me using one of the accepted payment methods.
