FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself about being up front about pricing. If I give you a fixed price, that’s what the move will cost. If you’re quoted an hourly rate, you pay the hours worked. In the rare case that a supply cost is needed, we inform you before we use the item and listen to your input. Moving is a strange job and our experienced professionals are good at creative approaches to problems that save time and money for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We submit bids based on what the job request entails. After that, we like to collect as much information about the move as possible. Listening to a client’s specific concerns can be instrumental in a successful move, so if you have a concern don’t hesitate to voice it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each employee has a minimum of 5 years in residential and commercial moving. That’s very hard to find at other companies. In addition to that, we have employees whose experience covers the following areas with multiple years in the field: Courier, furniture delivery, office moving, trash outs, cubicle assembly/disassembly, routing, long distance moving, and construction demolition.
