Chris did a great job building a beautiful fence for us. He started on schedule and finished up on budget leaving the site looking great. He is a meticulous craftsman and was creative in solving all of the details that make our horizontal fence design unique. Great eye for design.
Doug is an awesome handyman. He installed wood stair treads and risers, installed beadboard, casing and trim, installed corbels under granite counters, installed grab bars in tub, etc. His work is above average and I will hire him again and again and again!
These guys are definitely an A+ operation in my book. They showed up early, worked nearly non-stop, and even explained things to me as they were going along, all with a lighthearted attitude. Prior to hiring and arrival on site work, Dusty put up with all my questions, ideas, thoughts, and suggestions, and never once avoided my calls or emails. His communication and honesty throughout this process sealed the deal that I had chosen the right company for my porch project! Thanks S2F!! :)
Carter Custom did a great job adding a new deck to our home. They worked with us on the design, colors, scheduling, and even the cost. The deck adds an awesome living space that we will use all the time...and know that it will last for a long time.
Great friendly people. I highly recommend them if you need any roof work done. Very professional and get the job done right!
Greg was great to work with. He did an amazing job on our porch floor.
Mark did a great job putting in a new window, replaced my porch lights, and storm door. Friendly and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.
I needed a deck put on my house quickly. They were able to come out right away and put it on for me. It was done timely and they did a great job. I am getting a lot of compliments. They are very friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
I hired Julio for a complete deck replacement. His craftsmanship was excellent. I am very impressed with the quality of the finished deck. The project was completed for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to others.
Nick and Adam were fantastic to work with. They gave me a very competitive bid, and then did excellent work. I ended up not doing the project I initially posted in Thumbtack, they ended up replacing my house, garage and shed roofs, two porches and the railing on my deck. They kept in touch with me as we scheduled the job, and were here the day they said they'd be here. The roofs were completed in two days, and the porches in one. Adam made sure that all work was completed to my satisfaction, including redoing two things that weren't bad work, I just wanted them done differently. All work was completed on time and on budget. I hope to get them back later this summer to do more projects. Here's a link to my photos since I can't upload them https://www.amazon.com/photos/share/MwgjeFjSbs6JBb5kS1dHlUaV3MESyzU5XFQehtv7CO5
Chris has done several projects at my house (trim work, sheet rock, washing/staining my deck, headboard assembly, shutters)! The first time he came to my house he got right to work:-) I'm happy with his work and professional/personal attitude. You won't be sorry if you hire him for a job!
Donald White is wonderful. Though I had accepted his bid for a variety of tasks, including powerwashing the deck, it turned out to be too late in the season to stain the deck, so he lowered the price and took on a number of smaller tasks instead. He saw what needed to be done and agreed to come back at no charge when the carpet runner I had purchased for stairs turned out not to be the best idea. He reattached a set of stairs that I didn't even realize were unattached from the wall on one end. He goes above and beyond. Donald White is definitely at the top of my list of people to call for all kinds of handyman jobs in the future.
Wilson Saul Revoloroi did a excellent job painting my high walls in my home He paid attention to all the details and took his time. He wasn't overly priced. We are very pleased with the results.
I had my interior trim and doors installed and painted. I had started the process a couple years ago, but was having difficulty finishing the project with 3 young boys and all there activities. I hired Adventure 25 to come out and give a bid and they could start the project in about a week. The first part of the process was to finish the trim work and rip all the basement trim out and a couple of doors that had not been replaced yet. The trim work was done in a couple of days. The painting was delayed because of rainy weather. This is where the stress begins. The prep work that comes before painting can be a lot of work and time consuming. There was little to no prep of the trim. Lots of missed nail holes, lots of missed caulking and the stuff that was done was very poor. I was told that this is high quality paint and it will cover in one coat. I know better. It can take several coats to make the white trim look good. There was paint all over the wood floors, tile in kitchen, paint on the cabinets, paint on my trees outside, paint on the concrete driveway, paint on my fire pit. There seemed to be no care in the world. Jaimie kept telling me that we are not painters. I understand that but my 5 year could of done better. It was supposed to be rolled and instead there was pain brush marks all the trim. The one painter said he thought it would look cute to but swirls with his brush on the top of all the door trims. I met with Jaimie 4 different times to which he said how do I make this right? I would go through things with him and come home at the end of the day to find more of a mess and continued poor quality work. I have never seen anything like this. He would say it would be fixed but I don't think he would watch over his workers and forget to tell them things. I am stressed out beyond believe as my hope was to have this finished to spend more time with my kids. Instead I have to redo most of it. I had another contractor come out and told me it would be about 10 thousand to fix. He never had seen such poor quality work. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Very nice person but I think he was over his head and always in a rush, hence the poor quality work. Since I cant pay 10 thousand to someone to fix it, I am now looking at a year or so to fix my trim. Very frustrated and angry customer.
Ryan did the Deck and sliding door. It was originally a window in my dining room. He was quick and gave me realistic and came in under budget. I tell everyone about his work as we are very happy with the experience.
