- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are sold by the package. We begin with a consultation where we will listen to your frustrations, assess your needs and come up with a plan. Based on our findings, we will recommend the best package to meet your goals and needs. For more information about our packages, consultations and pricing, visit our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have completed the consultation and come up with a plan, an organizer (or team of organizers) will arrive to work along side of you. She/they will teach you the process of organizing as you work together so you will not only get organized, but understand how to maintain your space as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've worked with hundreds of clients in a wide variety of settings since opening our doors in 2004. Additionally, my education includes a degree in Human Development and the Family from the University of Nebraska as well as masters level counseling courses at Covenant Seminary. I've also completed courses in Life Coaching.
