- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to provide general estimates, but we have to actually put our hands on a computer to provide a clear cut actual estimate. There are so many things that need to be verified by a proper technician before we can give a solid cost for repairs. Which is why general estimates are free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several certifications, 25 years of hardware diagnostics, repair and custom system design experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The jobs I do most frequently are Virus and Spyware removal, data recovery, data transfer, custom system builds, I have also performed thousands of Operating System installs and System refreshes.
