- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. Every bride, every wedding, and every look is different. Floral prices vary by season, and tastes are very different. We want to work up a quote that is just for you. But we wholesale our products and don't maintain a storefront business--to save us time and to save you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually connect with our clients initially via our Facebook page, website, or email, as well as sites like Thumbtack. Ideally we'd like to meet with you in person to explore your preference, but we can also Skype with you or just work up a quote if you send your details and some inspiration photos. Our commitment is to designing something you love that fits your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a home-based, home-grown business, but we've been doing this for over five years. We started by doing the flowers for our founder's wedding, and realized how expensive and stressful wedding flowers could be for brides. We decided there had to be a better way--and we've been making progress ever since. In the age of the Internet, we are committed to ongoing professional development using tools such as YouTube and Pinterest. You'd be amazed what you can learn if you're diligent and creative!
