Introduction
I provide high-quality, personalized yoga and wellness private training. Most often, I travel to my clients' homes to deliver very comfortable and safe lessons/sessions. Most sessions last one hour, but longer lesson times are available; small, private groups are always welcome.
I have 31 years' professional teaching experience. I'm a dedicated private coach/trainer, and I'm certified in Hatha Yoga. I teach a blend of the best Hatha Yoga styles.
My sessions make yoga fun, beneficial, and doable for anyone at any age!!
I most recently worked with a great family, a mom, a Dad, and their teen daughter, focusing on all their needs and most importantly, helping the Dad rehab from cancer treatments.
