They were fine. Nice guys. We hired them after getting a few other bids and they came in the lowest, made it sound like they could get it done faster, too. It took longer than we expected, but it was still our cheapest option. They did several interior rooms and the exterior. They showed us some pictures of other projects to help us decide on the exterior paint that would modernize the look a little, and helped us vote on colors we'd narrowed it down too. They were able to put down some boards over some warped siding to keep it from any further deterioration and looking nice again.
I did have to ask them to clean up their cigarette butts in our yard after the first day, which they did. Our main problem was we never knew what days they were going to show up, and because of the very hot days they often left early in the day while working on the exterior. There was a delay with the start date because their truck broke down, and then some days they showed up and some days we never saw them or heard from them. So we didn't have an end date to plan on, which was important to us because we were putting the house up for sale. Better communication on that would have been nice.
I sent them texts with areas of concern, and they touched up most of it (I noticed one later that got missed, but they left us paint for touch ups so I can always fix that later). But everything got done and looked good enough for us to sell the house. The fresh paint definitely helped the curb appeal.

Gave esitmate with reasonable prices and comes to you free for that. Started right away as soon as weather was good. Was on time. Very respectful. Didn't bother a sole and left things the way it was in the yard. Good people. I highly recommend.
