- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Raynestorm values our customers hard earned finances and we always try to be competitive. We have been roofing for over thirty years now and know what needs to be done in order to provide the very best roofing systems available for each situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Raynestorm always comes out and performs a physical inspection of work needed. We will then provide you with photos and a written estimate so you know exactly what it is going to cost. No hidden charges after the fact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Raynestorm participates in yearly code credits to stay updated on all recent code changes. We also attend manufacturers training seminars and stay current all all installation procedures both new and old.
