I base my prices on event, food cost, labor, and delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to know my client, we then discuss the event and their needs, a tasting is scheduled, once approved a invoice and contract is submitted once approved, a deposit is submitted, upon my on time arrival and set up is completed the remaining deposit is submitted. Client is then Satisfied and happy. We then keep in contact for referrals or future events to come.
