FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge for the material and then the cost of labor to do it, there is no salesman's upcharge or boss fee charge or price gouge, I'm fair and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are valuable but being knowledgeable makes having conversations with customers alot easier, I personally like hearing what needs to be done so I can know if I'm more suitable for the problem that is. listening is half the battle. My approach is listening after a firm hand shake and quick introduction of who I am.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I came from the carpenters union and I have built countless homes from the concrete up, I was also a roofer for several years. When I realized how easy this work was vs how much companies charge for the products used I decided I wanted to open up my own company and charge a FAIR price without the gouging.
