- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages and pricing are a la carte style. What does this mean? More freedom for you to choose what you want! You first choose which length of film you would like. Each film comes with a teaser trailer, full coverage service, travel (up to 120 miles round-trip), and is delivered digitally. Want more coverage? We offer a number of add-on's!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new couple, what I want to do is make sure they are comfortable and feel like they've chosen the right person for the job. Especially since we are going to be spending 8+ hours together on their wedding day. I do like to meet in person to go over what I do and what the couple would like from me as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Film Studies, so I definitely know my way around a camera. Once I graduated, I worked with Complete Weddings and Events for one and half years as a videographer. I have done 50+ weddings and events since.
