I loved that she has the same name as the character on Haven, on of my favorite shows. Aside from that, there was none of the condescension that women so frequently get from IT types. From her, or the young men that work there. She fixed a laptop I had been told was not repairable, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I hope to not need to go back, but I would not go anywhere else now.
