My experience with this company was great! I thought I knew what I was talking about in regard to the remodeling of my new home, but they explained to me in details what would be best for my bathroom based on what I envisioned and explained why. They were very understanding and patient with me, and they completed my project well before they said they would. I will be using them in the future.

Hired on Thumbtack

Communication on $60 fee for a bid. No bid recvd in the time he said it would be available. No follow up. Paid... and then crickets. Prepaying without evidence of skill was a risk I assumed but overall my experience with Thumbtack contractors hasn't been great. I'm deleting this app. Would not recommend Thumbtack in the Kansas City area or its contractors.
