- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing rather than hourly. When we book a job we will explain exactly what it covers and will give you data on any add-ons you might like to choose (such as cleaning inside a fridge or wet wiping venetian blinds). When we start a job you know the exact amount you will be paying. We offer discounts from time to time. Ask about them when you book your clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask them to tell us what they need and want asking questions as necessary to get enough data that we understand what they expect. We schedule the appointment and they get a message confirming the date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have worked in the cleaning industry for years including Airbnb cleans, deep cleans, move cleans and regular (maintenance) cleans. All of my cleaners have one or more years of experience cleaning professionally.
